Q. Why can't I create an account?
A. To successfully create an account you will need to complete all required information as well as choose a unique username. It may take a few times to find a unique username as your initial choice might be taken. If you continue to experience difficulties creating an account, contact us.


Q. Why can't I log-in?
A. If you are having trouble logging into theLifeCoach.org. Please check your username and password as shown in your email confirmation. To have your username and password emailed to you, try Forgot Username/Password.

If you still cannot log-in and or do not receive your account information, contact us.


Q. Why did I not receive email confirmation after creating my account?
A. You can log into theLifeCoach.org at any time with the username and password you created. The email confirmation is for your records only. Often times email confirmations are sent to "Spam" folders or blocked entirely depending upon your email service provider.

To have your username and password emailed to you, try Forgot Username/Password.


Q. Why am I continually sent back to sign-in page after successfully log-in?
A. Reset Browser to privacy setting of at least medium. Here are some quick instructions:

  1. Go to "Internet Browser"
  2. then "Tools"
  3. then "Internet Options"
  4. Click on "Privacy" Tab
  5. Allow Cookies by Decreasing privacy sensitivity setting. We recommend "Medium".

Q. How do I change my password?
A. After you sign-in, go to your "Member Profile". Then click on "Account Information". Create a new password, confirm your password and then save your changes.


Q. I misspelled my username when I set up my account - can I change it?
A. Usernames are stored in theLifeCoach.org database. If you need to change your username for any reason. Please contact us here.
